Jon was recommended to me by a family member and once I worked with him it was clear why. He is professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable and made what I thought would be a really annoying and confusing process take a couple hours (he pre-selected some plans for me that best met my needs, patiently talked me through all my questions, and then reviewed and immediately submitted my application). I would recommend Jon to my best friends and family.
