You can contribute to an HSA if you are covered under a high deductible health plan (HDHP) and meet certain other requirements.
2018 Annual HSA Contribution Limitation
The maximum HSA contribution for 2018 is:

*this is a reduction from the original 2018 family limit of $6,900. The amount was revised downward due to an inflation adjustment provision in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
2018 High Deductible Health Plan
For calendar year 2018, a high deductible health plan (HDHP) is defined as a health plan with:
