During this unprecedented time, we are wishing the best for our clients, their staff, and their families. We are continuing to monitor the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and wanted to let you know how we are responding.
To play our part in “flattening the curve”, we are complying with guidelines for social distancing and will continue to re-evaluate our protocol as additional information becomes available from national, state, and local authorities.
Please know we are committed to providing our very best service and support and will continue to do so as circumstances allow. Our staff will remain as accessible as possible during standard business hours Monday through Friday. We can also be reached via email outside normal hours for more urgent matters.
- Our hours of operation will remain the same: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm.
- Some of our employees may be working remotely and are equipped with the necessary resources to collaborate and effectively address standard matters and concerns for our clients.
- If our phone system is set to the automated operator function, our employees can still be reached via extension (or search function). If you do leave a message for a staff member, please be sure to provide an email address and phone number so that we can reach you back most efficiently. Note that response times may be slightly delayed.
- For your protection and ours, we will not be conducting in person appointments at this time.
